An archival piece from Margiela’s celebrated Artisanal line, these pants embody the house’s philosophy of reconstruction and fusion of fabrics. Designed with a wide-leg silhouette, they are a study in contrast, meticulously assembled from multiple tailored elements.
The upper section is crafted from a dark blue wool-viscose pinstripe trouser fabric, contrasted by smooth black satin legs that fall in a fluid drape. At the back, a distinctive triangular insert with broader pinstripes creates a bold deconstructed effect. The waist is finished with an attached satin panel featuring a drawstring closure, a signature detail that transforms the traditional tailored cut into a hybrid garment.
