A striking archival Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche bustier dating from the 1980s, crafted in black cotton lace with a highly structured corset-inspired construction.
The piece combines delicate floral lace with contrasting grosgrain ribbon boning channels, creating a sculpted hourglass silhouette characteristic of Saint Laurent’s fascination with lingerie, corsetry and evening dressing during the period.

The bust is shaped through individually constructed cups, while the front features an adjustable lace-up fastening that emphasizes the corset structure.
