An ultra-rare archival piece from Phoebe Philo’s celebrated tenure at Céline, this sculptural ecru jacket comes from Resort 2010 collection. The jacket embodies her modern, intelligent approach to womenswear. Known for reimagining classic wardrobe staples with an architectural eye, Philo elevated utilitarian design into something quietly luxurious and powerfully feminine — and this jacket is a perfect example.

Crafted in a dense ecru cotton canvas with a touch of stretch for structure, the jacket is cut with precision tailoring that cinches subtly at the waist while retaining a strong, military-inspired silhouette.
The design is rich with utilitarian details: oversized flap chest pockets, angular waist pockets, epaulettes on the shoulders, and panelled sleeves that echo the structured lines of couture tailoring.

The pièce de résistance is the detachable inner vest, secured with triple zippers in antiqued brass. This modular construction allows the jacket to be worn in multiple ways — fully layered for sculptural impact, partially unzipped for a relaxed drape, or without the vest for a pared-back, minimalist look.
